How much does AI Brand Monitor cost?
Base is $79/mo for 1 domain, Growth is $129/mo for 5 domains, and Agency is $179/mo for 15 domains with white-label. Base and Growth include a 3-day PayPal trial (app-capped). Prices are USD via PayPal, billed monthly.
What is included in the Agency plan?
Agency includes 15 client domains, daily multi-engine checks, 100 prompts per brand, competitor tracking, GSC/GA4/Bing opportunity workflows, white-label ROI PDFs, monthly report emails, and AI Visibility Audit Pro access.
Can I buy extra domains à la carte?
Not online. Packs are fixed at 1, 5, or 15 domains so PayPal subscriptions stay simple. If you need another number, contact SterlingWeb and we will create a custom package for you.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions are billed through PayPal and can be cancelled anytime from your PayPal account or by contacting SterlingWeb support. Access continues through the paid period.
Do plans include the AI Visibility Audit tool?
Yes. Base bundles Audit Starter. Growth and Agency bundle Audit Pro so you can diagnose technical and schema issues that affect AI citability.
What happens if I hit my domain limit?
New brands are blocked until you free a domain, upgrade to a larger pack, or request a custom package. Existing brands keep running.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Base and Growth PayPal plans include a 3-day trial. Free workspace and trial use are capped at 1 domain, 10 prompts, and 2 visibility checks. Agency has no free trial.
