Know when ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI recommend your business

AI Brand Monitor is an AI search visibility tracker built by the SterlingWeb team and run on Aurenix Lab (aurenixlab.com). It asks ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode the questions your buyers ask, stores every answer, and shows whether you are recommended, which competitors are named instead, which sources are cited, and what to fix next.

Brand Monitor and the AI Visibility Audit grew into a dedicated product, so they now live on Aurenix Lab. SterlingWeb continues as the agency that implements AI search, SEO and web work. Your account, data and plan are the same on both sites.

Nothing you need to redo. Sign in on aurenixlab.com with the same email and password; your brands, prompts, history, reports and subscription are already there. Old dashboard links on sterling-web.com redirect automatically.

Base tracks ChatGPT (OpenAI), Perplexity and Claude. Growth, Agency and Enterprise add Google Gemini, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode. Checks run weekly on Base and Growth and daily on Agency.

You describe your business once: services, locations, competitors and audience. Aurenix Lab generates buyer questions by service, intent and journey stage, adds city and near-me variants for local businesses, and ranks them by business value. You can edit, pause or add your own prompts any time.

Yes. Geo markets run your questions per country, region or city: 3 markets on Base, 8 on Growth and 25 on Agency, so you can see where AI recommends you and where a competitor wins.

A recent-changes feed and per-brand alert rules cover visibility drops and gains, competitor overtakes and new or lost citations. You get email alerts and a weekly digest; Agency adds Slack alerts, monthly client report emails and white-label PDFs. PDF, CSV and Excel exports and shareable report links are available on Growth and above.

Yes. Opportunities and recommendations are ranked by impact and linked to the prompts and pages they affect. Growth adds Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster opportunities, claim accuracy checks, sprint playbooks and a Monitor-to-Audit action board, and every paid plan includes monthly site audits.

Base ($79/month) and Growth ($300/month) include a 3-day free trial. Agency is $650/month for up to 15 client domains, and Enterprise is custom for 100+ clients. There is also a free AI Visibility Audit with one basic audit per month.
