How quickly will you reply?
We aim to respond within one business day. If your request is time-sensitive (launch, migration, or incident), say so in the subject or first line of your message.
What should I include in my first message?
Stack (WordPress, Shopify, etc.), timeline, budget band if you have one, and links to the site or brief. For RFPs, attach or summarize scope so we can assess fit without unnecessary back-and-forth.
Do you sign NDAs before sharing details?
Yes. Agencies often send a mutual NDA before sharing client names or proprietary specs. We are happy to execute yours or provide a lightweight mutual template.
Can we book a call instead of using the form?
The form helps us route you with context; you can also email hello@sterling-web.com with the same details. We will propose times after the first reply if a call is the right next step.
Do you work in US / UK / EU time zones?
Yes. We schedule calls across time zones and keep async updates in your working hours where possible. Core collaboration hours are agreed at kickoff.
